What we monitor: pension auto-enrolment re-enrolment
How PenaltyProof monitors the three-year pension re-enrolment and re-declaration deadline.
What we track
PenaltyProof alerts on the pension re-enrolment deadline per client, derived from the pension_staging_date setting at /manage. Alerts fire on a three-year cycle from the staging date. Re-declaration of compliance (due within 5 months of the re-enrolment date) is also tracked.
Alert stages (paid plans)
Alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, and 0 days before the re-enrolment deadline. Thresholds follow _PENSION_THRESHOLDS and _PENSION_REDECL_THRESHOLDS.
Configuration required
Pension alerts require the pension_staging_date to be set per company at /manage and the pension_alerts_enabled flag (on by default).
What we do not monitor
We do not verify whether employees were correctly re-enrolled, whether contributions are at qualifying levels, or whether the re-declaration was accepted by The Pensions Regulator. We do not alert on auto-enrolment duties for new joiners.
